There’s a new financing option for homebuyers looking for conventional financing in combination with AHFA’s Step Up program.
Effective February 1, 2021, homebuyers earning above 80% of the Area Media Income but not exceeding the $130,600 maximum qualifying income are now eligible for the conventional Step Up program!
Homebuyers must have a credit score of 680 or higher for this program. All other Step Up eligibility requirements remain the same.
